Environmental Permitting and Stormwater Planning
Watershed Consulting’s experience with ecological assessment, soils and vegetation lends itself to a comprehensive understanding of stormwater-related issues. We develop the appropriate sediment and erosion controls to protect our clients from stormwater related discharge and assure that projects are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
We offer comprehensive services for Stormwater Management planning, permitting and compliance for the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)
In addition to the services listed, we can offer on-the-ground expertise for implementation of erosion and sediment controls and ongoing monitoring for stormwater discharge.
Our staff are trained under the State of Washington Department of Ecology guidance and are Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Leads (CESCL). As CESCL we can: Coordinate the installation of Best Management Practices (BMPs); monitor on-site construction; and implement the proposed Erosion and Sediment Plan as described in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). We operate as the client liaison with floodplain administrators and can prepare all necessary permitting documents.
