Moose Fire Rehabilition Fisheries Biologist and EA, EIS Preparation Client: Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation
Watershed Consulting was contracted by the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation to provide a Rehabilitation Fisheries Biologist for the Moose Fire Timber Salvage Project. This project involved writing the fisheries analysis component of a Phase I Environmental Assessment (EA) and the preparation of the fisheries component of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The analysis included the description of existing conditions, direct effects, indirect effects and cumulative effects of proposed action alternatives.
