    Client: Whitepine Creek Watershed Council

    Watershed Consulting prepared a water quality monitioring plan and has begun implementation of the plan for Whitepine Creek. The monitoring incorporates criteria to be considered a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) plan as listed under the 303(d) list under the federal Clean Water Act of 1972. The plan also addresses specific limiting factors for salmonid health and incorporates the effects of a stream restoration project.
